Membership

With seven chapters across the country, the Canadian Deafblind Association has a strong network of members.

Members in the province of Ontario are eligible for Chapter programs such as Equipment Funding, Parent Conference and Emergency Intervenor Services. As a member of CDBA Ontario, you will also receive the Ontario Chapter's bi-annual publication, the Monitor in addition to National's Intervention magazine.

At the Canadian Deafblind Association, there are 4 levels of membership:
Individual membership (voting member) $20.00
Associate Membership (non-voting member & CDBA staff) $15.00
Family Membership (one vote per family) $25.00
Corporate Membership (one vote) $50.00
