The Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Deafblind Association is once again hosting our Parent Conference. We are proud to announce that this will be our 13th year of bringing together the parents of children who are deafblind in Ontario. This informative and fun-filled event will take place at the Blue Mountain Resort in Collingwood on November 9, 10, and 11. Attendance is open to any members in good standing who are parents of a person who is deafblind.
The Parent Conference Weekend is designed with parents in mind, and the program content reflects this theme. Having said this, we know that some members experience difficulty arranging support for their child who is deafblind in order to attend the weekend. If you are experiencing difficulty in arranging support for your child who is deafblind for the Conference weekend, I strongly encourage you to contact Cathy Proll (ext. 124) so that we can work together to try and come to a comfortable resolution.
